Product Overview

Clonetics^TM Human Uterine Smooth Muscle Cells (UtSMC) are isolated from specific tissues surrounding the uterine. Cells are shipped in passage 3.

UtSMC are guaranteed through 10 population doublings and to stain positive for alpha smooth muscle actin and negative for von Willebrand Factor VIII.  Cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided for each cell lot purchased.
